The deal will see Mr Cuban form a joint venture with AEG, Ryan Seacrest Productions and Creative Artists Agency, relaunching HDNet as AXS TV. Mr Cuban told the Financial Times that the channel would do for live music and entertainment programming “what ESPN SportsCenter did for sports”.
