Miley Cyrus talked about her attitude towards drugs and alcohol as a guest On-Air with Ryan Seacrest.
"If I'm ever seen out dancing at a club having fun, I don’t want people to immediately go, 'Oh, she's on drugs, she's drunk," Cyrus, 17, said Thursday on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show.
