Speculation that Simon Cowell paved the way for Ryan Seacrest to go out in public with Julianne Hough.
On the plus side, perhaps Cowell's outing of Seacrest gave him the green light to walk the Malibu beaches with Julianne Hough. Both are incredibly busy these days (there's nobody busier than Ryan), so it's nice to see them making time for romance.
