Ryan Seacrest relates the story of eating at the same restaurant as Michelle Obama.
"I knew it wasn't the President because he's got his hands full in the Gulf, but it looked like a Presidential motorcade," said Ryan when the large convoy arrived. As TMZ first reported, Mrs. Obama's motorcade boasted "1 CHP patrol car, 4 SUVs, and about a half dozen CHP motorcycle cops."
