Just after 3:00 a.m., Ryan Seacrest and girlfriend Julianne Hough took over Usher’s seating area. Hough found her way to the front of the stage where she showed off her dance moves while hanging onto the DJ booth. Seacrest watched from their VIP couch while chatting with XS Managing Partner Jesse Waits.
